Strict No Refund Policy (Including Court & Legal Disputes)
There is a strict NO REFUND OF MONEY policy under any circumstances once booked or rented. This includes early vehicle returns, cancellations, change of plans, legal disputes, or court proceedings. Amounts paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Customer Responsibility
Once the vehicle is handed over to the customer, the customer is responsible for its proper care during the rental period.

Traffic Violations and Fines
Any traffic challan, fine, penalty, towing charge, or legal liability incurred during the rental period due to the customer's use of the vehicle shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
The customer must inform Dehradun Rental Tours about any accident, traffic violation, or incident involving the vehicle as soon as possible.
Accidents and Breakdowns
In the event of an accident, theft, damage, or mechanical breakdown, the customer must immediately contact Dehradun Rental Tours.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges. If a customer wishes to extend the rental period, they must contact us before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and approval.
Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Cancellation, rescheduling, and booking modification requests are subject to the booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
Unconditional No Refund Policy
No money will be refunded under any circumstances once booked or rented. This applies unconditionally to cancellations, early vehicle returns, change of plans, or in the event of any court proceedings or legal disputes.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Service
