1. Valid Documents

Customers must provide valid documents required for vehicle rental and verification. This may include:

• Valid driving licence
• Government-issued photo identification
• Address proof, where required
• Additional documents requested during verification

Failure to provide valid documents may result in cancellation or refusal of the rental.

2. Vehicle Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle before accepting delivery or taking possession.

Any visible damage or issue should be immediately reported to our team before the rental begins.

By accepting the vehicle, the customer acknowledges that the vehicle has been received in an acceptable condition, except for any issues already documented.

3. Rental Duration

The rental duration begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.

Customers must return the vehicle on time.

Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is returned late.

4. Fuel

Fuel policies may vary depending on the vehicle and booking terms.

Customers should return the vehicle according to the fuel arrangement communicated at the time of handover. Any additional fuel-related charges may be applicable where necessary.

5. Helmet and Safety

Customers are expected to follow all applicable road safety laws.

Where helmets are provided as part of the rental service, customers are responsible for using them appropriately and returning them in reasonable condition.

Loss or damage to provided helmets or accessories may result in applicable charges.

6. Vehicle Damage

Customers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle during their rental period due to negligence, misuse, accidents, unauthorized use, or violation of traffic laws.

Damage assessment may include the cost of:

• Repairs
• Replacement parts
• Missing accessories
• Recovery or towing, where applicable
• Loss caused by unreasonable vehicle downtime

7. Theft or Loss

In the event of theft or loss of the vehicle, the customer must immediately:

• Inform Dehradun Rental Tours
• Inform the relevant authorities where required
• Cooperate with the investigation and recovery process

The customer may be responsible for losses depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Prohibited Activities

The rented vehicle must not be used for:

• Illegal activities
• Racing or stunt riding
• Dangerous or reckless driving
• Carrying prohibited substances
• Commercial purposes without authorization
• Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to another person
• Allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of the rental and additional charges or legal action where applicable.

9. Breakdown and Roadside Issues

If the vehicle experiences a mechanical problem, the customer should contact our support team as soon as possible.

Customers should not arrange major repairs or modifications without authorization from Dehradun Rental Tours.

Support and resolution will depend on the nature and location of the issue.

10. Cancellation & Strict No Refund Policy

Customers who wish to cancel or modify a booking should contact us as early as possible.

11. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with our team and representatives.

Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour may result in cancellation or termination of services.

12. Right to Recover Charges

Dehradun Rental Tours reserves the right to recover applicable charges resulting from:

• Vehicle damage
• Missing equipment or accessories
• Traffic fines
• Late returns
• Unauthorized use
• Other losses caused by violation of these Terms & Conditions

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply to future use of our services.
